Please join SAA for “Art is Stimulus” on Monday, February 16 at 5:00pm at La Negrita, 999 Columbus Avenue (at 109th)

Join us Monday night in a fundraiser to help send the Student Advocates for the Arts to Washington, DC for Arts Advocacy Day.

Art means more that just fancy paintings on a wall. It is a multi-billion dollar industry that promotes tourism, creates jobs and can help to create the innovative solutions we need to get out of this economic crisis. We’re going to DC to tell our leadership what’s what about the arts – but we need your help.

$5 cover charge gets you entrance into a good time, a raffle ticket that could win you some awesome prizes and the feeling that you’ve helped do something good.

Featuring the fabulous music of David Luther – http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=745036513&ref=ts
